Immense (to me) difficulties to configure a new NB...
Immense (to me) difficulties to configure a new NBN modem - the old one was killed by a lightning strike in the thunderstorm on Thursday 23rd of April. It took about 5 phone calls and about 6 hours to resolve. Each time until the last call, everything seemed to be working properly, we'd hang up and then the modem would drop out. All the Tech Support people were incredibly patient and understanding and I was very comforted by their demeanor. The problem was eventually traced to a problem deep within my computer. Nothing to do with Internode equipment or systems.
