First of all i saw a man pee in the urinals, didnt wash his hands and proceeded to to his desk chair where your service advisors sit. Thicker while male short blondish hair husky sized man. They have all thede 5 star reviews all over their walls yet they fail to put up simple "wash your hands" signs up in their bathroom walls. They shake a lot of hands at dealerships!!!
As a business owner If i could give 0 stars i would.... based on the customer service i was provided i would say they could have done better and WASTED LESS OF EACH OTHERS TIME. i will give full review once i am home and have time to explain my experience for now it is a 1 star and i will probably not be bringing either of my 2 cars back for servicing at this dealership. my business is completly done with here at toyota. Over the months ive noticed how they put preferrence on customers doing bigger repairs if you go in for an oil change and theirs others getting higher paying jobs you better believe you will be stuck their for hours ive had to sit their for almost 2 hours just to get an oil change ! A lot of things started failling after bringing my car here small things but still very suspicious! My ac stopped working the day i got an oil change back in 2017. Another time my low tire sensor magically failed yet again after doing an oil change and they said it could be from being lifted and dropped but they ended up telling me it was the battery and the whole thing had to be replaced at 150$~ plus parts. They also love to mess around wirh your presets on the odomeeter resetting it which is yet another inconvenience when you track your miles for work !!!
