I very much appreciate the work done at KT Chevrol...

I very much appreciate the work done at KT Chevrolet. My only suggestion is some employee should be available to greet and direct each customer as they arrive for service. As it is, if one of the service managers is not available, you don't know where to go or who to see and can wind up standing around for fairly long periods of time.
