Mailed my$1500 camera to this company at end of Au...

Mailed my$1500 camera to this company at end of August, today is December 1st, I have had to contact them every time to get updates on what s going on, First call I was told 2 different things and found out after a month my camera had not been touched 3 more months go by, I finally call back and they try charging me almost $100 to clean the camera, but could not tell me what was wrong with it,??? Just said they had a note waiting for payment to clean.... I was ok with that if it would fix it, and when I ask that question, the lady says O I don t know, it just says you want it cleaned..... I mean seriously????? Over 4 months and still had done nothing... so I just ask for it to be mailed back.... so hopefully I will receive it... we will see.... Really aggravating that I have to start all over again, and when I told the lady just mail it back since you have no idea what s wrong, she was like.,.. Ok what s your address? There customer service and professionalism is awful.... worst company I have dealt with in years..... Don t let them waste your time.......
