I started going to AP in 2001 and the Doctors, Nurses and Staff were amazing! Moving forward to current times, I am Extremely disappointed with the level of Customer Service in the billing / check-in area, and the rudeness travels back to the nurses stations and even the Physicians. Let's just say the primary concern is NOT for the Patient. I will not return and do not recommend!
