The only reason for getting 2 stars saving grace is due to the amazing server we had (female with chest / head tattoo). So thank you for the service provided (07.09.19)

The rest was pretty bad.

1. The starters took a fair bit of time to arrives, majority of the group ordered the crispy squid. No consistency in portion size, some had more batter than actual squid.

2. The mains took at least 45 min to arrive after the starters where done with.... Could have been longer lost track of time.

When they did finally arrive I got my the corn fed chicken with Mushrooms.

I would not call it a main more so a starter small chicken beast 3 mushrooms and sauce... Where are the vegetables? Or any additional sides. Chicken was also dry and dense

3. Desert well its hard to mess up desert which they didn't, was fine.

Side note. My sister ordered the Side Mac & Cheese (set menu) which indicated on the menu as vegetarian by the menu legend of a carrot.

Someone may need to advise the chef that bacon is in fact sourced from a animal

TLDR.

Amazing front of house service
Okay desert

Poor Starters, Mains, slow kitchen service.
Diminished portion size due to being set menu and all benefits i.e. Speed due to being a set menu was not there

Need to do better
