this bar was chosen for our hen weekend as our fun time with the cocktail making. The cocktails and the making was so funny and Ben and Matt were brilliant hosts. I checked the Facebook site for the bar and it said full disabled access. On our arrival the cocktail making was upstairs but 1 person in our party couldnt make the stairs as was on a walking stick so on asking a staff member she arranged for a lift to be used to get upstairs but the lift was not used for customers so the person with us had to go in an extremely dirty and smelly lift to join in with all of us upstairs which was such a shame. Also the dining tables are so high downstairs she had to be helped by several people so she could sit and eat her meal..please change the website that you have full disabled access as you most obviously have not.
