DO NO BUY WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES. The company has the worst Canadian customer service department that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They do not stand behind their product and they will do nothing to fix a known problem. They blame everything back on the consumer and say that it is their fault that the product does not work. My clothes come out dirtier after they were washed see pictures. Customer Service is a joke and so are their service technicians.
