First let me say that my experience with Nalley Ford @ Sandy Springs was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly and my salesman Kelvin was incredible as well as Rod who ultimately sealed the deal to get me my Mercedes CLA 250. The whole process went smoothly. No extended wait time...They called me..I stated what I could and was willing to do and they worked with me according to my needs..I was approved for the same car at several dealerships but the down payment was high...Nalley @Sandy Springs accepted the down payment I was willing to give them and I was so appreciative....I definitely would refer my family and friends. I was so impressed with the level of service I received. They even reached out several times to congratulate me on my new car. Thank you for making my car buying experience a pleasurable moment.
