After booking a trip to Greece we had a number of questions about our trip and the details that had been entered. During the telephone contact, the employee takes an arrogant tone, even after the change that we are trying to make (and is possible) through the system also fails.
No further help, we have been told that it would not give a problem with traveling but we have no confidence in it.

With us not booking more Neckermann
