A recurring condition which requires an injection into my hand every few years caused me to call to get an appointment with OAA to receive this treatment, which I assumed could be done in a day or so. I was informed that ONLY Dr Talsania could administer the shot and the soonest appointment with him was in 4 weeks. I was there 10 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment on the designated day and was shown to the waiting room, payment and paperwork completed by 9:25. Finally after waiting 40 minutes, I left without receiving treatment, never to return. No telling how long they would have kept me waiting.
