I have to express my thanks to Health Essentials and to Monty in particular. I had purchased a brand new oxygen concentrator and was not sure it was producing the proper flow as specified. Although Health Essentials doesn't service my brand and Monty knew I would not be a potential customer, Monty offered to check the flow rate for free. He checked the flow rate and declared it to be working fine and as specified. This removed a gigantic worry from my mind. Not only did he take the time to check my machine at no charge, he gave me a fifty foot canula for free! Such kindness and selfless interaction with the public, with no hope for profit, is truly rare and highly commendable.
