I didn t even stay at this hotel, this review is about their poor customer service!

I had to cancel a reservation due to covid. The first time I called I was told I couldn t cancel, even though their site says otherwise.

I emailed three times to their main account asking to cancel, and never got a response.

Called again and was told, verbally, that the reservation would be canceled and that they would email me a confirmation. Never got a confirmation.

The day before the reservation I got an email saying how excited they were for me to stay with them. I replied (as the email also indicated I could reply if I had any questions) reiterating that I had CANCELED. No response.

Then I get a follow up auto email thanking me for staying. I replied to THAT as well. No response.

Terrible customer service.
