If you call 3 days prior to prescription date, the refill request will be rejected. If you call 1 day prior to prescription date. The prescription may mot be filled as they have 24 -48 Hours to process your request. The clock stops over the weekend.
In my case I am now on day 5. Called in on Thursday, Friday received call that the prescription request was not recorded properly/incomplete and needed to be verified and resubmitted. I called this morning at 11:45 to check status and was told the script was on the Doctors desk waiting for approval. The doctors schedule for the day is packed and I will be notified when the doctor signs off. Hopefully sometime today or tomorrow. The Dr. is great, the procedure is BANANA's.
