Brad is 5 stars! He is the reason I even return to this place. I have had so many issues since I went for my 1st scheduled service. I have had to go back now over 10 times to fix the ongoing issues from that fateful regular scheduled annual service (and all issues have had nothing to do with that service done, but the tint service)

I really got lucky when I was passed around for the final time and got him. He has OWNED it, had compassion and total understanding of my frustrations and has been up front, honest and just great.

I definitely have some not so nice experiences with other members of their team, but as long as I do not have to deal with them, I will return.

I do need to go back, as there is STILL an issue, but again.. because of him, I will return.
