Very bad communication skills and lacking to give important information at point of call. I have called up asking someone to come and have a look at my stove and operator asked all the customer information and the issue no problem. Operator then advised that a technician is on his way within 20mins no worries. Technician came had a look did his checks advised that he cant do anything with the stove all within a 10min time frame. A week later got billed for a $115 invoice for a 30min check plus call out fee. If the operator only explained it at the first point of call would have been more understanding but to get hit with a $115 bill without them explaining the services going to be carried out is not. When a customer call its essential to explain the fees and services that comes after not just yeah technicians on its way and surprise heres your bill!
