Staff all seemed very friendly, unfortunately very apathetic to non-existent customer service. The initial paperwork included an extended warranty that we did not want. We were told it was no extra charge but after closer review it was an extra $3,500. After we called it out and told them to remove they did...and doubled our APR without telling us about the APR change. Didn't matter since we were refinancing through credit union, still left a sour taste in our mouth from the start. Car showed up earlier than anticipated but windows weren't tinted and clear bra wasn't applied. Additionally, several small scratches were present on new Outback we showed two sales reps. They didn't seem to care and said to come back in a week and they would throw in some gas cards too to make it right. We also realized we were mislead on what came standard on base Outback, nothing drastic, but still felt mislead and misrepresented. Later that week got a call asking if I was coming in for an appointment I never had and explained everything that would be needed again and service department only aware of window tinting, nothing else. Went in two days later for my scheduled appointment, service rep wasn't aware I was coming in, so I explained everything that needed to be done again and they said they didn't have a loaner but magically found one after I wouldn't leave without a car. Almost closing time I hadn't heard anything back, so I called them and car had been done for hours. Came to pick it up and scratches were still untouched. Rep I talked to didn't care and said to bring it back again. While waiting to bring car back in noticed the newly applied window tint was bubbling already all over the back of the car. Dropped off again a week later and they completely replaced the back window tinting since it wasn't done properly first time but they did finally fix the 2 scratches. When I got home I noticed a third set of scratches in the paint, I'm done telling them how to do their job and being at the dealer, I'll fix scratches myself and will never see this dealer again. Still no gas cards either, not that I'm looking for free stuff, just some amount of effort in trying to care about customers would be nice. All I can figure is this is par for the course and they are so used to dealing with this terrible communication and poor service they don't care anymore.

Thanks for the offer Jared. We spoke last week and nothing came of it as scratches were still present after I picked up my car. I'll fix them myself and when the tint comes off again I'll go to a reputable shop that will do it correctly.
