My salesman, AJ, was fantastic. Honest, did everything to help me, etc. On the other hand, the shop manager Jorge is a lying, cheap, prick. Something was clearly wrong with my front wheel bearing and he agreed to fix it upon purchase if i showed up at 9am the following day. I did and even signed papers when i was told he couldnt fix it that day as promised. I brought my car BACK to be fixed and he claims nothing was wrong but he gave me two new tires. Funny, because my steering wheel is still shaking (not as bad of course because im sure there was a dead spot on the old tires from THE WHEEL BEARING) and the wheel is completly sideways when going straight, while one tire is straight the other is at a 45 degree angle. But nothing is wrong, right? The fact that you cant manage a proper alignment is concerning. Mind you i would have paid less if we hadnt come to the agreement of fixing the wheel bearing. Dont shake my hand and then LIE TO MY AND YOUR COWORKERS FACE, Jorge. I will NEVER be doing business here EVER again.
