I have never went through a place that threw me around like a rag doll until I attempted to apply for a riverside management!! They are liers and never could give us the right answers. We wanted to take over a lease and have been talking to the manager named Nicole which has told us to call back to check on status of a pending app. We were informed that it was still pending and to check on it in two days. The people got approved but needed a co signer. So Nicole told us that they have 48 hours to respond or they don't get it. It was Thursday when she told us that. They said we couldn't put an app in for that place until the spot for the application was open. So we asked when will we know. They told us to call back Monday.! When we called Monday they told us it was still pending and that we had to wait till Wednesday. We called at 8:00 when they opened on Wednesday and they told us that there was another application on it that got turned in on Tuesday and was pending. So we had to wait until this app got approved or not. When I asked to speak with Nicole 3 times on Wednesday she was busy or had lunch. This place is a joke and I have never been pushed around like this before. Very unprofessional people working there. The lady that always answered the phone wasn't friendly and never said her name. Everytime we talked to her she couldn't give us answers she always had to redirect us to Nicole!! Wonder why they have a 1.6 rating. If they are this difficult in applying for the place then I feel sorry for the tenants that have them as there landlord.
