Poor customer service, just shop somewhere else. Tried to book an appointment over the phone over the course of a week to see and drive a pre-owned QX-60, talked to receptionist, they never called back for appointment. I tried walk in and waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes after speaking with them, and there was no clear indication if they were accommodating me or not, so I just left in frustration. Utter callousness and zero respect for someone's time.
