Lousy customer service, really foul attitude, very rude,they don't pick up phone, I live in California & got in an accident in northlake I'll, it's been over 2 months & I haven't been able to even file a claim, person who is supposed to help her name is jaqueline hernandez (ext 4923). When I asked for supervisor her tone changed but still waiting to file a claim. In my opinion the worst insurance company ever, people who have this insurance cause it's very cheap, think about it, u can report them to Better Busines Bureau & get this so called insurance shut down!!!
