They said I was a new patient even though I ve been there in the past. I called for an appointment and I was able to get one within a few days, and you d think since they said I was a new patient they d at least give me a heads up of what they d be charging me for since they asked what I was coming for. I went for a yearly eye exam since the place I usually go to didn t have any appointments for the next month and I needed a new contact prescription. They charged me for a contact fitting that wasn t covered under my insurance although I never asked for one nor needed one, and they said that s the only way they could give me a new prescription. My regular eye dr has never done this. If I knew this before hand I would have canceled my appointment and they didn t care to tell me this on the phone when I was making the appointment. The person at the front desk was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I didn t understand a question she was asking. They over charge you for no reason and the staff is the worst. Now I know why I stopped coming here. Learned my lesson and will never be coming back again.

-In response to the reply that was posted on my review, not a single person (over the phone or in office) was up front of pricing until it was conveniently time for me to pay. I deserved to know what I was going to be paying for BEFORE being charged. Again, if I had known that you were going to charge me a ridiculous amount I would have canceled my appointment and taken my business elsewhere. As far as the customer service goes, that seems like a hiring issue and the attitude and eye roll was not necessary. This is by far the worst eye dr I have ever been to.
