Great place, as long as you don t have a problem with your car that they can t easily identify and fix. A new car should operate flawlessly. When it doesn t, we rely on the service department to figure out and correct the problem. Service manager John Lindstrom will either deny the problem, or come up with some asinine excuse as to why it malfunctions. Volkswagen customer service is useless. Google the reviews. Be prepared to fight if you need an in-warranty repair that they don t want to fix.
