The response time could be improved, and I felt that the level of personalized attention was lacking. Nonetheless, the firm's reputation and experience in the industry were apparent, and I appreciate the effort put into the website's user-friendliness. With some enhancement in the responsiveness and client engagement, the firm has potential to further excel in providing legal services.
