Worked there for 2 years, worked a lot of hours, made a lot of money. Great place to work, learn, and progress.

I worked here I give it a 3 star it's ok but the employee suck I would not trade my time they used me pretty hard overworked me
Just starting out, total lifestyle change/almost culture shock, no previous experience, could've used more technical classroom training in my case but out in the field my co-workers are more than willing to show me the way, as they've been in my position, too. From the front desk to orientation and now out in the field, Propetro is a friendly organization and a good company to dedicate one's self to... literally what I give, I get in return. Looking forward to the paychecks my family deserves!
Great company to work for, great benefits, the ETech department is impressive.
Well I work here so I spend over 100 hours a week here good benefits. could increase the perdiem to be more competitive with other companies though but you will get a lot of hours
Another dangerous oilfield company that doesn't need to follow the rules, construction zones or safe driving. Flew by us on loop 250. Had to move out of his way. Guess all those orange barrels and cones and CONSTRUCTION SIGNS doesn't apply to propetro. Smdh!
Great team on Blue crew maintenance. A team that can put out great work and have fun at the same time. Great family atmosphere with the crew, great job of the leaders Joe Gonzales / Brandon McDonald and Ruben O.
If there is something like a zero star, I will give it to this organisation. They openly practice racism & nepotism at the field, the management does not care. Constantly plan to set you up if you are non Spanish speaking employee. Not ready to teach you anything but expect you to be up there. They do not not follow procedures , they cover up many injuries & fatalities. Bad place to work, bad insurance.
Dangerous working conditions. Work months straight, never 24 out or 10 out. EVERYONE lies on log books.... Drive on zero to very little sleep. Cover up accidents. Bad insurance. No housing provided. Only get per diem if in field. Good paycheck because you work a lot. If you're not Mexican, you will not get moved up.
