I needed a 1/2 pipe cut and threaded. The machines that do this are usually broken, so I called the plumbing dept. to ask if their machine was working.. I was on the phone for 11+ minutes and no one answered!!! After 11:20 minutes, they just hung up!!! I immediately called back and told the store associate/operator what happened and got no apology, or answer on whether their machine is broken, she just said "Oh, ok, please hold" and I was put on hold until they HUNG UP AGAIN!!! This time, the call was 8:24. So I then called AGAIN, A THIRD TIME and pressed 0 again to speak to the associate/operator and after 28+ minutes someone finally answered. I complained again and got cut off saying "I just got here, it wasn't me" so I asked for the manager. Instantly, I got treated like a king. Person said she was paging the manager and kept checking in with me every 30 seconds also while getting the answer on the cut/threader and after 10+ minutes, the manager did not take my request to speak with him. Either she did not page him, or he is a terrible manager. Regardless, very poor service until I asked for the manager, and then got treated like a KING.

TL;DR Waited on the phone ~50 minutes for just a simple yes/no question.
