The worst experience!!!

To the manager :

Make sure, that all of ur response is totally wrong. Simply I was a risident in the property during last night.

I retain all receipts and documents.

Cheets had a bedbugs. And I asked to change without complaining.

Front desk at night shift had a poor communication skills,
This guy called Stive, had reacted in a races way with a slow rate of understanding.

Again , what u claimed in ur response is another big mistake reflecting that u did not verify what is happing in the property u manage
Or did not like to reveal the truth instead of cheating guest.

Courting the hostel as a races and not clean property is applicable.

Generally it is the worst experience , I never had before
