Unfriendly staff, limited menu, generally a bad atmosphere. I will not return here

Friendly ambience for a casual evening drink. Definitely recommended

We were here because of a concert in the Ziggo Dome, to eat something tasty. It was very busy, understandable with such a big concert, but we found it a long wait between ordering a drink and finally getting the drink (was so many times). This evening there was only one person (or so it felt) that could take our order, the rest of the wait staff only brought the food.

It seems that nothing has changed here and they learn nothing from feedback. Yesterday had to wait a long time before they came to take an order, 1 person who did this and was very popular. Food very poor and way too expensive. A lot of complaining around us. Never go here again!

Staff nice, manager 10 times nothing. We waited 20 minutes for bread with dips that apparently could no longer be baked. Excuse? Ho but.

Before our concert we thought we could grab a bite here. We ordered four burgers. You expect to get a reasonable dish on the table for 19.50 per burger. We saw the same dish pass by for other guests; a small simple burger which would cost 7.50 at a snack bar and you get a drink with it too. The small expensive beers were served in plastic cups. After 5 minutes of waiting we were still kept on a leash. With stress we asked for our money back. We were running late for the concert. We will quickly pass this tent next time. TIP: if you do sit here, do not pay in advance. Then at least you can walk away if your order doesn't arrive !!

A selection of beers where a number were not available. Limited menu. Pricey for what you get. Understaffed. Limited or very slow service. Even ordering directly at the bar required patience - and the place wasn't even half full. Staff, when available, were friendly. A good location right next to the cinema.

Nice bar / restaurant. The menu card is small but then you do not have to choose from many. The burger was tasty. The fries too. Were in a separate cone bag. Nice presentation but in the context of waste reduction I would not do it. Food there was faster than the drink. Nice people in the ministry.

Wrong timing no bites delivery vd baker etc had not been. Nothing to eat at the drinks ..... and that on Sunday 1700

Not such a good idea when there is a concert, hopefully the normal ticket is better.

You can perfectly drink a beer after work, the food is a bit less and yes, it can take a little longer from time to time. Btw, it's not cheap.

Delicious eaten before the Let's Dance concert last Saturday. friendly service, good value for money, tried many restaurants in the area, but this one hits the nail on the head.

This afternoon eaten and drunk here together with my friend but give them 1 star for the effort! Very bad and don't come back here again !! How dare you ask 9.95 for a ceasar salad that looks so scanty. Ate because yes I was hungry, my friend had ordered a bouncer and asked for some more eggs which he also got which was very attend but the ham and cheese had flown. It was super quiet and that is why we noticed that it was not asked whether it tasted. I ate out to the bar for the bill where the amount was actually said without even informing whether it was tasty or any interaction at all owww yes there was still a nice day that was desired. Well see you again.

Below par, it's not even moderate. A thick insufficient. Restaurant looks dirty, fruit flies everywhere. Table was not clean after entering. Meals were on the table in microwave time. Very poor price / quality ratio. I would recommend everyone to eat elsewhere.

Beer was filled about half way so a .5L is actually .33L.

Overall, I would probably ask Google for other options in the area as the price here is not worth what you get

I was here last Wednesday and the service was really bad. We ordered food and waited for an hour and then it still wasnt there so we decided to leave. People that ordered later then we did got their food way earlier. Asked the staff several times if they could check if eveything was okay with our order and each time they said 'it will be with you shortly' but no clear time indication was given. Also they didnt apologize for the long wait. Will never return here again!

Nice and cozy busy cafe. Smooth service and the food was quickly on the table. Tasty chicken satay. Not enough vegetables (small container of raw vegetables). Tasty chips. With 12 euros you paid instead of 18.50 euros.

Beautiful tent, delicious beers on tap, nice location. Staff is a bit chaotic, but otherwise fine.

Ok athmospere, but menu with no drink prices and was charged 7.50 for a beer. It is the most expensive beer I have ever had in Amsterdam.

A much quieter occasion than the catering industry in the vicinity. A relaxed drink after work or before or after a visit to the adjacent cinema.

Spare ribs very much fat, herbs worthless. Burger very simple for 20. Operation could have been a bit friendly. The fries were tasty xD

What a bad place. Arrogant service and very moderate food. Never come again

From moment 1 no welcome feeling, was not looked at us, eventually can order but never received. Definitely not recommended. Seemed like we were invisible.

The shrimps were cooked in the microwave and they even where not fresh but frozen.

Feel free to order overpriced beer, and then to have to PAY for using the toilets...
Or just go elsewhere!

Burger dryer than desert. And of course 19.50, do not forget the dry coleslaw and then fries.

Not bad quality, but for what you get over priced. A hamburger 17 moreover, we were given 2 bags of fries with 2 people when we made a comment about this, we were told that we would then have to order. Not recommended.

Very poor service, the tomato soup was way too spicy for our daughter (other customers also complained about this soup). When we submitted a complaint about this, it was dismissed as 'nagging'!

A concise menu due to top concerts. Logical. Food very quickly on the table. Chicken satay just over cooked. Have to wait long for drinks. Once the drinks were taken, the bill was placed on the table with the request to pay immediately. We were all still eating. When I approached the lady about this, I got an indignant look. The loud music also made it impossible to communicate with the person next to / in front of you. This is a place where people want to make a lot of profit as quickly as possible. Sad! In no way hospitality-worthy. Never again!!

Went today to eat something for the movie. Pressure on the Arena Boulevard because of concerts so therefore a modified menu. Opted for a hamburger ... 19.50 for a bad piece of meat, a bare sandwich and a bag of fries. In short, poor quality food for a ridiculously high price! Too bad ... once but never again!

I really have to make a lot of effort to come up with something positive about Fourteen, but we succeeded: we received our order.
Was it good? No. Was the service good? No. Was the price-quality ratio at least ok? No definitely not. I know you can't expect anything from a place to eat near Afas and Arena, but this place seems to be focusing on one-off visitors.

Wait 10 minutes for a beer. So I say something about it. They are immediately taken care of. 10 minutes later still nothing. Jacket attracted and gone to the other side. The only comment from the waitress was that she had already caught him. Duh ..

Easy if you go to a concert in AFAS theater, but not particularly fun. The food is better than the Burger King around the corner, but not very good

Worthless and uninviting atmosphere. Remarkably poor service:
1. remove empty glass, do not ask for a new drink.
2. Bring a bottle of spa, forget glass. Then take orders at another table and never bring a glass again.
3. Wait a quarter for cheese stalks that were still cold inside.

Great cafe, but at the price and very busy during events.

The prices on the cards were not accurate, it turned out to be more expensive afterwards

Better NOT drink from the glass at this place, really. I was watching them multiple times "washing" the glasses. Basically they rub them through the brush in the sink wich is full of water and detergent and leave them as "clean", no rinsing no drying. Pricy too.

Great hangout to go before / after the cinema or other events. Tasty bar snacks and a wide beer selection. Even a space to rent at the top.

Good location but staff was unfriendly. Also they don't sell cocktails. Just alcohol or beers.

Here we always drink something with the home games of Ajax. After the renovation, I did not find it any better. Read: become hipster-proof. You also sometimes have to pay for the toilet, which of course is ridiculous if you have half liters there, in plastic glasses a 5.50 is tapped away.

Good to know;
- 3 women's toilets, usually clean (until the men discover them)
- you can charge your phone (1 euro)
- Grolsch Herfstbok on tap (Dec-Mar)
- At Ajax-day tap cart at the front door. Then you do not need the crowds and you can get half a liter at the door (nothing else, only half liters!)

Very poor service, is ignored as a customer. Staff are more likely to serve coffee than to help customers. This is unfortunately not the first time.
