I received a letter that my membership was cancele...

I received a letter that my membership was canceled due to guidelines, I have been a member since 1990, I am a female of age, with some chronic medical problems. I wouldn't ever thought AAA would do a loyal devoted customer this way . I don't know anything about a guideline, I trusted AAA to informed me, if I was out of compliance. I really believe I have been treated unfairly.., I was treated unfairly by AAA company without a warning, They would send a warning for my payment that was due , or a notice for my renewal.I have referred so many customers to AAA, especially females, thinking this company was trustworthy and fair, but they're not reliable, I have been having problems with their service for the last 5 years, but I still stayed a loyal customer to this company , being self employed, I know a loyal customer is very important for business and a strong marketing tool for my business..I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of their quality of service is very down, and their prices has went up tremendously. I did some research, and there are other great companies out there that do a lot more than AAA, and they value you as a customer...I talked to Lexis an employee with AAA, she wanted to argue instead of correcting the problem, she was over talking me, so she didn't care about anything I was saying... AAA stated I used my card too much over the last few years,but I recalled I went for several years, without using the card, why wasn't my membership cancelled for non use, although I was still paying my dues and payment that was due... I am talking from real truthful experience.. It is a bad company not trustworthy or dependable. I will not recommend this company to anyone.. This company isn't safe to use, their quality has dropped very low
