Staff unacceptable, and unprofessional,I take my car to do regular transmission oil change,
They damage transmission and alternator on my car,and after they push my car from shop with man force about 5-6 people,and say we check in monday you car,and these friday after noon.So I tow car to another shop same evening to find out that Transmission and alternator need to be change!!!All these hapence before July 4,so long weekend with out car and I have to deal now with bill almost 7.000 $.Welcome to ed kenley ford
