So my wife stayed at the Omni in LA. The stay was fair but it all went down hill when they charged my card three times for a 2 night stay. When I called them, the hotel took no blame and placed it on others and not their inability to properly charge once. They passed me around to several people with only excuses and half thought out reasons for why they triple charged. Customer service is horrible and they never offered anything for their mistake. Just a bad way to run business, be careful and check after the charges because they do not know what they are doing!
