Alex a Voyager mobile tech was dispatched to my house to take a look at my RV as it was blowing fuses off the battery. He took one look at the batteries and said instantly "I see what the problem is". The wiring had a fuse too low on it. (I never knew any better..I'm female) It was installed at voyager as I bought it brand new and wanted a second battery as my last rig had two so he never charged me a dime! What an outstanding guy (and good looking too) Good job on voyager for making him part of your team. He surely deserves a raise! Also a shout out to Ron as he offered to check my batteries for no charge. That's the way to make happy and repeat customers.
