I know they are busy currently with everything going on, but I have tried calling customer service for a little more than 2 weeks and I can t get through. The call automatically drops. I ve called the Denver Metro Area phone number and the toll free number. I haven t received help for my claim and now my claim became inactive since it s been so long.
