I bought my truck in October of 2016. I was excited.I noticed before I went out on a test drive and as the truck sat in the parking lot there was a large spot on the driver side door; however I thought it was bird droppings and would be cleaned. They brought my truck to me after all the paper work had been signed and after they had "cleaned and detailed" my truck. Immediately I noticed the spot was still there. after discovering it was indeed a significant scratch/dent, Nalley Ford of Sandy Springs agreed to fix the area along with others I found inside and outside of the truck. I received a call on the day after Thanksgiving and asked when would my truck be painted? No response. December and January came and went without a word from the company. I called in February twice to be told by managers "let me check into that and I'll give you call back" . Finally called again on February 21st and got some answers. My truck finally got a crappy touch up paint job on march 2, 2017. I feel that the work was terrible and, the fact that it took so long to do such a bad job makes it worse. I will never buy another vehicle from Nalley or take my cars to be serviced there.
