At the time of booking a load, broker was not approved by our Factoring Company so had to be billed directly. We have only done 1 load so far and getting paid was the most difficult part. The AP department would answer the phone, but you are being asked the send email to request the payment status. After you send the email, be prepared to wait 1-3 business days to get an update. And that's how communication is going to be from that point. Pretty frustrating experience.
