DO NOT USE - This company was booked for me through Amazon home installation services for the simple job of assembling a treadmill. I cleared my schedule for the 2pm-5pm window for the technician. No Call/No Show. I was told the reason for no notification was a "software glitch". I was also told I would receive a call the next day, which did not happen (I had to call again) and was told even though a tech is in my area that the company cannot/will not send the tech to assemble it since they are too busy. This company cost me money and has blown up the better part of a day for me. DO NOT USE.
