test was great and directed them to exactly what my son needed. My insurance was more than willing to cover the cost and approved the testing. HOWEVER, the insurance claim requires doctor notes and medical history to be submitted with the claim for payment. they did not do this and insurance gave them 45 days to resubmit with explicit instructions. they waited 18 months to resubmit and were denied payment. they are now trying to collect $6000 from me. insurance company instructed us not to pay because they cannot legally bill for something they did not bill correctly. I have a feeling this is going to be a long battle!!!
