This is a very good place to work as an Owner Operator. They will work with you on any issue. The Owners have an open door policy and bend over backwards to help you out. They really do appreciate and respect an Owner Operator. I had to give them 5 stars because Everyone there always has a smile and knows your name. Everyone brings their pets. Really cool place to work.

This is a special place to work. Everyone here in the corporate office is happy with their jobs. The most unique thing about this company is that the owner allows the staff to bring their pets to the office. It feels like everyone here is family. I hope to retire from this company. Update...Well now I have seen how they treat the drivers. Talk about micromanagement! Cameras front and facing the driver. Criticized for any tiny mistake. Morale going downhill especially when drivers are required to do 2 loads and make 5 stops in 12 hours! The final straw for me was the day I was unloading at a customer and there was an EXTREME leak causing a 70 foot cloud from a tank next to me so bad my air quality alarm went off. My boss should have told me to shut it down and get away to safety. However, he told me to continue to deliver and fill out a report when I got back. So my driving is more important than protecting MY LIFE? Sorry, no job can give me back my life no matter how much it pays. If you're considering working for this company then you should look elsewhere. Many have already left in less than a year.
Amazing place to work. Family owned and operated. If you want to feel like you matter in your job. Genox is the place to be. Owner operators and company drivers.
Driver of truck 838 decides to slow roll on major city streets in Evanston Wyoming to get to Walmart. Cars flying by her... I'm stuck behind her. Almost caused 3 head on wrecks and then cusses another driver out because she almost caused him to be rear ended. About the worst thing I've ever seen from a driver
I have been working for this company for 7 years. This is a family oriented company, Tee Bee. The staff here works very close with the contract drivers in order to help them succeed in their business, I love working with all the drivers new and old and have found that the drivers are like family as well. I have no complaints about the company.
I've been here 2 months going on 3 months I just wish I could get trained. I've been bounced around every time i ask i can never get a definate answer. I've been told I'm going to be put on jobs to be trained then suddenly the list is full. I've asked to run parallel with the person who referred me who has also offered to train me and that has yet to happen. How can I be a successful lease driver if all I'm trained in is LNG. Those jobs seem to be scarce lately. I do as many trailer moves as I can but when those are not available I just sit because dispatch cannot put me on a job. I am very disappointed due to the factor I have never worked at a place where I could not get proper training to be successful. However, the office staff are very courteous no one has been rude to me I just feel like I got passed off to a truck and left to figure it out.
Very poor safety department that starts above them. Here is a video of a impatient driver going from the on ramp to the passing lane at 55 mph lane cutting off a Semi going 74 mph. The answer from the company VP was the other truck had 90 feet to slam on their brakes and adjust to their driver taking the lane. A hazardous material driver allowed by their safety to steal the passing lane at 55 mph in a 75 mph zone is a horrible safety department. 90 feet is just a little over a tractor trailer length. Look for larger accidents to occur. Any lawyers needing my experience with the safety department or this full video to establish negligence feel free to contact me at knp1968transportation@gmail.com
