This resort was truly amazing. Every single detail from the room, food presentation to the friendliness and kindness of all the staff were above and beyond any expectations that could ever be met. The rooms were beautiful and always cleaned twice a day. One person in particular who made it truly memorable was Bob at reception. He was available anytime to answer any questions. Everyone communicates on WhatsApp; so Bob would text us any info about what we might like to do or where we might like to go. He would always organize and set everything up for us. Bob showed us everything and everywhere. We loved hanging out with him and if he ever makes it to Canada for a visit, he s always welcome to stay with us as long as he would like. We love Bob for how amazing he made our vacation and for the good friend he became. If you re planning to come here and want to enjoy your stay, please make sure to ask for Bob!!
