I called as a new patient to make an appointment and the secretary hung up on me as I was getting the name of my insurance. I called back and told her my insurance then she told me she would have to call me back. I asked if I could make the appointment now and she only answered "no". Very unprofessional.

The doctor may be completely competent and professional (I never made the appointment to see the doctor) but the secretary was horrible. It was poor customer service and I'm glad I didn't spend any money with them supporting that.
