I have shifted my apartment during Pandemic time. My old apartment was directly with owner and this was the first time I have used the Prompton's services. I must say - They have been responsive, professional, caring, and accommodating to me.
Jenna is our property manager. Jenna has done a great job representing Prompton. She is very efficient and professional in helping us. I faced water leakage issue in my apartment on the first day itself but she immediately arranged plumber and get that fixed. We are very satisfied with her service and would have no problem recommend her to anyone. One extra star definitely for Jenna !!
