Bobby Brown Review of Rick Hendrick Dodge

I cold called a salesman (Todd Salzer) and told him I was interested in buying a truck they had on the lot. I also told him that I lived out of state and would be in Charleston the following week while my father had surgery in the hospital. Todd answered my quick questions I had on the phone and said that he would see me when time allowed after taking care of my dad. I fully expected to get hounded by him to get me into the dealership so he could make money off of me. Todd respected my situation and NEVER CALLED, EMAILED, OR TEXTED me. This may not seem like much, but it really meant a lot.
Once I made my way to the dealership I met Todd and he asked about my dad before we started talking business. We looked at the trucks and I got the one I was looking for. Once we started with the "price game", I was shown a price that I thought was too high (they are a business and businesses are there to make money, so I don't blame them at all for that initial price point). I told Todd the price was too high and he talked with the manager (just like normal). I figured they'd come back offering a couple hundred less, but instead they went straight to the price I told him I thought the truck was worth (I did my research just like anybody buying anything should). I didn't even have to play the "haggle game"!
Bottom line: I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience and anyone going there for a vehicle should talk to Todd Salzer!
