Nice hotel, however the north tower is extremely outdated. There are tons of lights that do not work either including in the hallway and the room. the pool area is NOT what is pictured on their website. Not even the same furniture. I must say that Joel at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING! He had the best customer service i have probably ever experienced. He was very informative. When he learned that it was my husband and my wedding anniversary he was so very sweet, he had our room complimentary upgraded and sent us up a bottle of champagne and strawberries on his behalf. He truly made out visit here amazing!
