Resort location and features are great. Rooms can be a bit worn depending on tower (Diamond Head for us). Check out was frustrating because bill had extra erroneous charges and had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Resort should really staff check-in and check-out desk properly so the lines are not so ridiculous.
