Very nice customer support. Their pre-order and loot of pile feature is super easy to work with and works great. I've always received new figures no problem. Unless they mark up more than 10-20% than Japanese figure sites, I'd rather order from BBTS than purchasing over sea. Thanks for supporting my hobby guys!
