Purchased my first camper and had a very pleasant and easy experience thanks to John Hancock (my salesman). He came through with a good deal that worked for us all. I can't forget to mention the sevice dept., they completed the repairs that needed made, answered questions and did a great job on the walk thru (considering I'm new at this).
