Visited here on 28th of July 2019(Sunday) for a office day out (25pax). Before the booking we used to know about this place from one of my colleagues as they visited here on couple of occasions and they recommended on a high note. Overall great atmosphere and good hotel to be visited. As per the current circumstances you don't get the best customer service out there and I felt so bad with the service. But I don't wanna blame them because we know that entire industry is trying to survive these days due to the issue with the tourism industry. Shortage in staff, cost cutting buffet spread. Not only in Citrus Waskaduwa, you don't get the expected service level where ever star hotels you visit these days.
Hope they will bounce back soon and serve us as usual. Good luck... Cheers.
