Was here the other weekend for a show, St. Andrews is a great venue in terms of size and acoustics. I have seen many shows here over the years. I have heard of people having their cars broken into when parking for a concert, I would recommend taking a cab, being dropped off, or even parking in a watch / gated lot, or a parking garage and walking. It's not in that bad of an area, positioned right next door to Jacoby's and Sweetwater Tavern.

The venue itself if 4 stars, it's the below that makes it 3 stars.

By far the biggest complaint would be the bar / drink service. The short bar only usually has 1 bartender, who literally moves down the line and starts over again like some sort of human typewriter. The big bar, which is about double the size, only has 2 bartenders working, who like the 1st bartender function as a human typewriter, going slowly down the line to the middle and then starting all over again. It can take FOREVER to get any drink; water, pop, beer, liquor. You name it, you are at the mercy of this slow understaffed system.
