One of my brand new wheels that I ordered straight...

One of my brand new wheels that I ordered straight from the factory was chipped in a couple places because the warehouse employees don't know how to handle other people's property with care. When I asked to get a new wheel or have the chips repaired, my sales guy said it's not covered and is now avoiding my calls. Now I'm stuck with a "brand new" wheel with deep enough chips to get nice and rusty very fast.
