We called in mid-Friday afternoon since the AAA service technician had told us we needed the battery replaced immediately. We had a running car that couldn't be stopped again so we just took off and drove from Manassas to Mazda in Fairfax hoping they could help us without an appointment. And they did. We were so thrilled. They had a replacement battery available even though our car is a 1994. The customer service representatives Jeannette and Mike were so helpful, friendly and able to calm us down - The technicians were so patient and knowledgeable and not at all making us feel that we were cutting things so close right before their weekend. WHAT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
